Faith Kidz
2 hour Late Start Children’s Program
Open to Grades 2 – 5
October 7th, 8:30-10:30
Faith Lutheran and other area churches will be offering a children’s program that will promote missions locally and internationally. This program is designed to give the children an opportunity to actively participate in mission work. The morning will begin with breakfast, we will learn about a mission field, work on a mission project, and play a few games. Following the program the children will be escorted to Park Elementary before the start of the school day. Children MUST have a signed parent permission slip to participate. A $5.00 donation would be appreciated to cover expenses and support the mission.

Wednesday Evening Children’s Church
Sunday School is offered to children 3 years old through 4th grade. We are using the Faith Weavers curriculum which is designed to encourage conversation and application outside of church and within families by having parents and kids learning about the same passage. The children learn about the passage for the week in their classrooms through games, stories, crafts, science, and snacks.
Our Pre-Teen ministry (grades 5 and 6) is currently using the Smart Choices curriculum. Smart Choices is designed to educate pre-teens on day-to-day issues they may face using the bible as the foundation for how they can make the right decision. Come find out about Smart Choices based on the Bible through Games, Activities, Discussion, and Small Group Time. Includes First Communion Instruction for 6th Graders.
Wednesday Morning Release Time
For youth in 2nd – 5th Grade
Children have the opportunity to be released from their normal class schedule at school once a week (Wednesdays) and come to Faith on Grove for an hour to learn more about their faith and grow in fellowship with one another. The hour of time will include things such as crafts, games, Bible study, music, and snacks.
Wednesday Evenings
During the summer months we will be having Children’s Church during the Wednesday Evening Worship Service. Children will be dismissed before the sermon for their lesson and activities. They will return to the service during offering to continue to participate in the service with their families.
