“One Greater than Moses”
Thoughts about the Worship Theme to Contemplate and Discuss Mark 6:30-44
1. Why was it important for Mark to suggest that Jesus was greater than Moses?
2. If that was important, why did Mark imply it so subtly, rather than say it directly?
3. The great baseball pitcher, Dizzy Dean, once said, “It’s not bragging if you can do it.” How would that apply to this text?
4. What difference does it make for you to know that Jesus was greater than even Moses?
