God welcomes people of all ages into His family through the sacrament of Holy Baptism. Please contact the church office to schedule a Baptism.
Because the Sacrament of Baptism is so crucial to our Christian faith and life, the pastors meet with each person who is baptized (also with the parents of children who are baptized) to discuss its meaning and significance. This instruction is done in informal, private meetings, not in a classroom setting.
When scheduling a Baptism, you will be asked for basic family information and for the names of sponsors. You do not have to be a member to be baptized or to have your child baptized. Baptisms usually take place at the 10:30 a.m. service on Sunday mornings. There is no fee to be baptized at Faith Lutheran.
