A call committee has been formed to determine staffing needs at Faith Lutheran in this time of transition. Members are: Linda McGraw (chair), Sara Johnson, Jon Kamrath, Derrick Kellen, Dennis Langehaug, Dick Nagy, and Deb Roepke. Ashley Christie will serve as a non-voting advisory member. The members range in age from 18 to 73. The committee includes:
- 2 retirees
- 2 parents with Sunday School children
- 2 parents with college-age or young adult children
- 1 young adult, 1 teenager
- 3 Ministry Team members
- 4 women, 4 men
- A gardener, a member of the Endowment Committee, a member of the FaithLife Camp Taskforce, a volunteer at Youth Night, a worship band musician, a member of the personnel committee, a Club 218 staff member, and a member of the church council.
