“The Mystery of the Messiah” is the theme of Faith Lutheran’s four mid-week Advent services this year. We are using a series of ancient Advent prayers called “The Great ‘O’ Antiphons” to explore different Biblical titles for Jesus and what he was sent to do. These antiphons are the basis of the beloved hymn, “Oh, Come, Oh, Come, Emmanuel,” which is the theme hymn each week. Mid-week Advent worship is a renewing, reflective break from the busyness of holiday celebrations. Join us each Wednesday through December 20, at 6:30 p.m. in the sanctuary.
