Club 218 Application Forms
Club 218 is a non-profit day-camp at Faith, which serves children from low-income families. It runs Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. for eight weeks beginning on June 17th and ending August 9th, 2013.
